Recorder 20/21 AT

The recorder in Austria in the 20th and 21st century

 

The ERPS e.V. and the Institute 15 – Early Music and Performance Practise of the University of Music and performing arts Graz are excited to announce the 7th Biennial Festival from December 7th – 11th, 2016 in Graz. The event will last four days and will take place at the University of Music and performing arts, Brandhofgasse 21, 8010 Graz, Austria.

Hosts: ERPS and University of Music and Performing Arts Graz

 Goals:

  • Scientific and artistic research regarding the recorder and it’s repertoire in the 20th/21st century
  • Presentation of the recorder classes of Austrian Universities and Academies of Music
  • Connecting recorder classes not only in Austria but also international Universities and Academics of Music

The winners were able to play instruments by Francesco LiVirghi, Ralf Ehlert, Luca da Paolis,
Stephan Blezinger and Mollenhauer, prize money, an hour with Antonio Politano and sheet music by Mieroprint.
